Eye Enlargement

Refined Eye Shape with Adjusted Angle & Length

Creating a brighter, more open, and perfectly balanced eye shape

Canthoplasty is a procedure designed to enhance eye size and shape dynamically. It includes inner corner (epicanthoplasty), outer corner (lateral canthoplasty), and lower corner (lower canthoplasty) surgeries. Depending on the desired eye shape, multiple canthoplasty procedures can be combined, and it is often performed alongside double eyelid surgery for a more defined and harmonious result.

After canthoplasty (eye enlargement surgery), some individuals may experience side effects such as bleeding, infection, or inflammation.
The risks and recovery process may vary depending on the patient's condition and the surgical method used.

Eye Enlargement Procedure

Epicanthoplasty (Inner Corner Surgery)

This procedure extends the horizontal length of the eyes by removing the Mongolian fold, which covers the inner eye corner.

Before Surgery

The incision area is carefully marked and made close to the eyelashes

The skin and muscle are dissected and pulled toward the nasal bridge, then secured and sutured inside the inner corner of the eye

After Surgery

Lateral Canthoplasty

It is a surgery performed when the horizontal length of the eyes is short, extending the outer corner to create a longer and more attractive eye shape.

Before Surgery

Mark the incision area and make an incision close to the eyelashes

Reposition and extend the lateral canthal ligament, then fix it to the eyelid fascia

After Surgery

Lower Canthoplasty

If you want to correct a strong-looking eye shape, the outer corner of the eye is pulled downward to create a softer appearance.

Before Surgery

Mark the incision area and make an incision close to the eyelashes

Reposition and extend the lateral canthal ligament, then fix it to the eyelid fascia

After Surgery
